If the purchased account is recovered after 10 days from delivery, we do not guarantee a replacement. Accounts are sourced from players and verified, however EA allows account recovery attempts.

If the account loses transfer market access due to a chain-ban (another account on the same console), we do not provide compensation. These cases are rare and beyond our control.

EA introduced additional security measures. When purchasing multiple accounts, we recommend changing your IP (e.g., via VPN) before updating login details to avoid possible consequences.
