2. Enter the required login details:

• Web App login details i.e. email, password and 6 backup codes (if you don't know how to generate the codes or where to find EA's email or password then see our article: "WHAT ACCOUNT DETAILS DO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE?")
• Login details for PlayStation or Xbox (not necessary if PC platform is selected) i.e. email, password and backup codes.

With that said, PlayStation backup codes are required in any case and must be generated according to the following instructions: https://www.playstation.com/en-en/support/account/2sv-psn-login/#backup.

On the other hand, Xbox backup codes need to be generated here: https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage/additional (i.e. “Additional security” > “Two-step verification” > “Enable”) if any verification method is enabled on the account (if everything is disabled then there's no need for the codes).

3. Add your chosen Boosting rank to the shopping basket and pay for your order. You will then receive a confirmation of your purchase and a unique order number by email. 

4. After payment, we'll contact you via email and ask for the necessary details (from point 2) to process your order. In the message, you'll also specify your platform and preferred date for the service – we'll do our best to match your expectations whenever possible.

5. Once processing has started, we will send you an email notification changing the status of your order to "In Progress" and the assigned player will log into your account at the agreed time and play FUT Champions. In doing so, your FC Coins and packs will remain untouched and your game settings unchanged.

6. Once completed you will also receive an email notification with a status change to "Completed", after which you will be able to log in to your Ultimate Team account. Then check the rewards you have received (in case something doesn't match, please contact us) and leave feedback if you can, we would appreciate it :)

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE OF YOU?

• EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team account - You must have an active account in the EA FC 25 Ultimate Team and give us access to it. By this we mean the email, password and 6 backup codes for your EA account, as well as the email and password for your PSN or Xbox account (in the case of consoles). 
• Suitable squad in FUT - Required that you have a competitive squad with high chemistry and overall ratings. We do not accept orders with line-ups consisting solely of bronze/silver cards. The average succes rate for Rank 1 orders is as follows:

• About 50% chance of achieving Rank 1 (15/15),
• About 40% chance of achieving Rank 2 (13/15 or 14/15),
• about a 10% chance of achieving Rank 3 (11/15 or 12/15).

While the compensation in case of failure for the purchased rank is as follows:

• you will receive a refund based on the difference between the rank purchased and the rank actually obtained,
• you will receive 100K coins FREE for each “lost” rank below the one purchased.
