In Division Rivals you play for rewards every week: coins and player packs. What you get on Thursday depends on two things - the division you play in and the points you collect during the week. The weekly rewards boost takes care of the second part: our pro player wins 10 matches for you, and you claim the upgraded rewards of your division.
In practice, 10 wins often take 15-20 matches, because nobody wins them all. For many players that means several evenings a week, and even more in the higher divisions.
The Division Rivals week ends on Thursday morning, and that is when EA hands out the rewards. You claim them in the game, in the Web App or in the Companion app. Coins from single matches go to your account right after each match.
Ideally at the start of the week - then the standard 72 hours is plenty. If there are fewer than three days left until Thursday, add Express and we will finish within 24 hours.
It is possible, because 10 wins often move you several steps up. We do not guarantee a promotion, though - this service is about the rewards. If you want to reach a specific division, choose the promotion boost.
