Buy SBC - how does it work?

SBCs, or Squad Building Challenges, give packs, picks and cards, but they mean buying players and building squads to fit the requirements. We do that part for you: we buy the players, build the squads and submit them. The rewards wait in your club.

How Buy SBC works

1. You pick an SBC On the Buy SBC page, in the version for your platform. One challenge, several repeats or several different SBCs at once.
2. You give us your account details At checkout you get clear instructions on which details you need to give so we can complete your order.
3. We complete the SBC We top up coins from our stock, buy the players and submit the squads.
4. You collect the rewards The packs, picks and players from the rewards wait in your club.

The offer is separate for PC and for PS and Xbox - each platform has its own transfer market and its own player prices.

Prepare your account

• EA email and password The same ones you use for the game and the Web App. We never ask for the password to your email inbox.
• 6 new EA backup codes A new set with every order. How to generate them.
• An active transfer market In the Web App: Transfers, then Search the Transfer Market. Do you see the search? You're good.
• Out of Ultimate Team Stay on the main menu of the game and don't open the Web App.
• The SBC you picked untouched Don't start it yourself, leave it to us.

Several completions of the same SBC

Some SBCs can be done only a few times, and the limit resets from time to time. You order as many completions as you want. We do as many as the game allows now and the rest after the limit refreshes, usually within 48-72 h. If the limit won't come back, for the missing completions we leave coins on your account worth 5% more than the value of the SBC.

Big orders

Every SBC means a dozen or so purchases on the transfer market, so we complete bigger orders in stages spread over time. You get the plan in a message on the order, and we take care of the rest of the schedule.
