How to buy a player card?
In short
- You pick a player from the list, and we buy the card on your platform's market.
- We top up the coins for the purchase from our own stock - your budget stays untouched.
- The card goes straight to your club.
- If we can't buy the card, you get coins worth 10% more than its value.

An icon, a card from the current event or a cheap player for your squad - you find him on the list and leave the buying to us. You don't outbid anyone and you don't watch for someone snatching the card from under your nose.
How it works
- You pick a card On the Buy a player card page - by card version, position or name.
- You give us your account details At checkout you get clear instructions on which details you need to give so we can complete your order.
- We buy the card We top up coins on your account and buy the player on your platform's market.
- Done The player waits in your club. The system shows the delivery time at checkout.
PC, PlayStation and Xbox
PC and consoles have separate transfer markets, so the same card costs a different amount on each. PlayStation and Xbox share one console market, so they share one card list. Pick the list for your platform before you start searching.
Before you order
- EA email and password The same ones you use for the game and the Web App. We never ask for the password to your email inbox.
- 6 new EA backup codes A new set with every order. How to generate them.
- An active transfer market In the Web App: Transfers, then Search the Transfer Market.
- Out of Ultimate Team While we buy, exit UT in the game and in the Web App. Otherwise EA may keep us out of the account for about 30 minutes.
Price and cards we can't buy
We price every card by the current transfer market and the coin rate, so when prices swing a lot, our price moves with the market. The offer refreshes with new EA promos.
EA sets a price range for every card. Sometimes the upper limit sits below what the player is really worth, and every listed copy disappears in a split second. Then, instead of the card, you get coins on your account worth 10% more than its value. You can try to catch the player yourself or spend the coins on something else.

Do you buy the card with my coins?
No. We top up the coins for the purchase from our stock and buy the card with them.
Why isn't the card I'm looking for on the list?
We sell only cards that can be bought on the transfer market. Reward cards and untradeable cards don't reach the market, so they're not in the offer. For hard-to-get cards, check our card sniping service.
How long do I wait for the card?
The system shows the delivery time at checkout. Just remember to exit Ultimate Team in the game and in the Web App while we buy.
