- Play with your new squadThe squad and tactics are ready on your account, and by e-mail you get the tactic code, player roles and an upgrade plan.

We only log in to the Web App to set the squad and tactics. Everything else comes as a recommendation by e-mail - the decision stays yours.

You give us your EA account e-mail and password plus 6 freshly generated backup codes. We never ask for your mailbox password.
Service rules
- We answer questions in the order you asked them, up to the package limit.
- We consider cards that can realistically make the squad: the best rated ones and the ones you point out.
- The advice reflects the game and market prices on the day we do it. The meta changes with every patch and promo.
- We help with squad, tactics and upgrades. We do not coach gameplay (defending, skills) or give trading advice.
- We do not guarantee match results - you play.
What you get in the answer SAMPLE

Questions before you buy
How long do I wait for the answer?
Standard up to 48 h, Premium up to 24 h, counting from payment. You give us everything we need in the form with your order.
Can I play before I get the answer?
Yes. When you finish playing, leave Ultimate Team to the main menu. If you are in Ultimate Team when we log in, we cannot access the account and the answer may be delayed. Do not close the game or console while in Ultimate Team - Web App access then locks for about 30 minutes.
How does the Discord chat work?
In the form you give your Discord nick. After payment you get a link to our server, and our player messages you when they start on your squad. In the chat you can ask about anything as you go, within the question limit of your package. Prefer not to use Discord? Choose an answer by e-mail.
I have more questions than the package allows.
Choose Premium - it has 6 questions and one follow-up within 7 days (on Discord or by replying to our e-mail). You can also order another package.
Should I change my password afterwards?
You can - it is a good habit after any service where you share account details. The backup codes we used stop working anyway.
