How the order works

When placing the order you get clear instructions on the details we need to complete it: your EA account e-mail and password, 6 EA backup codes and your platform login (PSN / Xbox / EA App). The order goes into the queue and is assigned to a player.

The player completes 16-18 weekly Squad Battles matches on Legendary: 16 matches against community squads, plus 2 Featured Squad matches in weeks when the game offers them. He plays for wins, clean sheets and goals - that is what earns Battle Points.

When the order is done we let you know. You claim the rewards yourself after the Sunday reset (around 8:00 AM UK time) - in game, in the WebApp or in the Companion app.
Legendary gives the highest points multiplier of our packages - every match is worth much more than on World Class, and a full set of wins is an upper-table score. The AI defends and counters hard at this level, which is why we require a good squad and check it before the start. If your team is not ready yet, choose World Class - a full set of wins beats a few losses on a higher difficulty.
How the Squad Battles ranking works in FC 27
Each weekly match earns Battle Points. The amount depends on the result, the difficulty, the opponent strength and your performance (goals, clean sheet). The higher the difficulty, the bigger the points multiplier.
Ranks (from Bronze 3 through Silver and Gold up to Elite 1 and Top 200) are percentage-based - what counts is your score compared with everyone else playing that week, so the same points can land in a different rank on different weeks. That is why no honest service can guarantee a specific Squad Battles rank - we guarantee the matches played and a maximum push for points.
Rewards (coins, tradeable and untradeable packs, player picks in some seasons) are assigned after the Sunday reset based on your final rank. The current reward table for the season is shown in game under Your Rank.
Guarantee and refunds
We guarantee 16 weekly matches are played on the chosen difficulty before the Sunday reset. We always play matches 17 and 18 against Featured Squads whenever the game offers them that week.
If we play fewer matches through our fault, we refund proportionally: 1/16 of the price for every missing match out of the guaranteed 16, your choice of a refund or FC 27 coins with a +25% bonus on the shop price (the exact amount depends on the current coin prices on our site).
The final rank is not covered by the guarantee - it is the result of a weekly percentage ranking we have no influence over.
FAQ
How long does it take?
A full set of matches usually takes 1-2 days from the moment we get your details. We schedule orders so that all matches are played before the Sunday Squad Battles reset. Ordering early in the week is best. If you are in a hurry, tick the Boosting express - 24h delivery option when adding the product to the cart.
Will I get Elite 1?
We do not promise a specific rank, because Squad Battles ranks players by percentage. High difficulty and a full set of wins give the most Battle Points you can earn in 16-18 matches - which rank that turns into is decided by that week's leaderboard.
I have already played a few matches this week. Can I order?
Message us on chat before buying. We will play the remaining weekly matches and price the order proportionally.
Is my squad good enough?
For Legendary you need a strong squad, roughly 86+ with full chemistry. If in doubt, send us a screenshot of your squad on chat - we will advise which difficulty to pick.
Is it safe for my account?
Matches are played by our pro player, without bots, from one stable connection, and we log out when the order is done. After the service we recommend changing your EA password and generating fresh backup codes.
