Open “Redeem Codes”

On PS5, open PlayStation Store, press the triangle button and pick “Redeem Code” in the menu. On PS4, “Redeem Codes” is at the bottom of the PlayStation Store menu. You can also use PlayStation Store in a browser (profile menu) or the PlayStation App (Store menu).
