There is no fixed exchange rate between coins and FC Points, and prices move during the season. A quick check takes two minutes:
- Look up what the player or SBC you want costs in coins on the transfer market.
- Check our current price for that amount on the FC 27 Coins page. You see it in your currency before you pay.
- Compare it with what you would spend on FC Points for packs. Remember that a pack gives you a chance at that player, not the player.
Coins do not carry over between editions. FC 26 coins stay in FC 26, and every FC 27 club starts from zero.

Can I turn FC Points into coins?+
Not directly. You can open packs with FC Points and sell the tradeable cards on the transfer market, but EA keeps 5% of every sale and most packs are worth less in coins than they cost. If coins are what you need, buying coins is the more predictable route.
Do my FC 26 coins carry over to FC 27?+
No. EA resets the Ultimate Team economy with every new game, so coins, cards and club progress from FC 26 stay in FC 26.
Can I use coins and FC Points in the same club?+
Yes. They are two separate balances in the same Ultimate Team club. Many players use FC Points for the Season Pass and coins for their squad.
