How to prepare your account for boosting
In short
- For every boosting order you give your EA email and password plus 6 EA backup codes.
- On PlayStation and Xbox you add the email, password and 2 backup codes of your PSN or Xbox account.
- Your squad has to fit the mode - not just bronze and silver cards.
- After the service, change your EA password, and on console your PSN or Xbox password too.

When your account is ready before you order, our player starts without downtime or follow-up questions. Go through the points below before you pay.
The details you give
At checkout you get clear instructions on which details you need to give so we can complete your order. They depend on the platform:
- PC (EA app) The email and password of your EA account plus 6 EA backup codes.
- PlayStation and Xbox The email and password of your PSN or Xbox account with 2 backup codes of that account, plus the email and password for the Web App with 6 EA backup codes.
- Preferred delivery time We fit your preference whenever we can.
We never ask for the password to your email inbox. Before you order, log in to the Web App with the details you're giving us - then you know they work.
EA, PSN and Xbox backup codes
- EA codes Generate a new set of 6 codes in the EA account portal. Step by step: what details to provide and how to get backup codes.
- PlayStation codes If you have two-step verification on, generate backup codes following the PlayStation instructions.
- Xbox codes You generate Microsoft account backup codes in your Microsoft account security settings.
Each code works only once, so give a fresh set with every order.
Access to the mode
- FUT Champions You need qualification points from Division Rivals. The threshold depends on the season, usually 1000 to 2000 points. More in the guide to qualifying for UT Champions.
- Squad Battles Unplayed matches from the current week.
- Division Rivals A squad ready to play online, meaning 11 players with contracts.
- Online play on console An active PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass.
The squad you need
We play the matches with your squad, so it has to fit the mode and the level. We don't do boosting on squads made only of bronze and silver cards. You don't need expensive cards - a sensible base to play with is enough.

During delivery
From the start until delivery is finished, don't log in to the game, the Web App or the Companion App. Your login kicks our player out of the session, and an interrupted match counts as a loss. We update you by email on progress, and you can check the status in My account.
After the service
- Collect your rewards In the game, the Web App or the Companion App. We don't open packs, they stay for you.
- Change your EA password We log out of the account when we finish, and changing the password is a good habit.
- On console, change your PSN or Xbox password too

Do I have to give PSN or Xbox details on PC?
No. On PC, your EA account details and 6 EA backup codes are enough.
I don't have verification turned on for PSN or Xbox. What now?
