FC coins API for resellers: automate orders from your shop

Short answer
The SuperCoinsy reseller API lets your website or bot check stock and prices, place and pay for orders from your EUR balance, follow their status and send messages to our team. It uses token authorization and every API user is bound to an IP address. Access is enabled for approved reseller accounts.
What you can automate
- Stock - check what we can deliver right now, per platform, before you show a buy button.
- Prices - pull your current reseller price per platform, so your margins stay where you want them.
- Orders - place and pay for an order in one call. If your balance is too low, the order is not created.
- Status - list your orders or read the details of one order, including the maximum delivery time.
- Messages - add a message to an order, for example to send new backup codes.
- Cancellations - send a cancellation request for an order.
How an order flows through the API
1Check stock and priceCall available-stock and prices before you take the payment from your customer.
2Place the orderSend the amount in K, the platform and your customer's EA login details with fresh backup codes. Add your own order reference if you like.
3Store the order numberThe response returns an order number such as R_QWERTY. Every later call uses it.
4Follow the statusPoll the order list or the order details on a sensible interval and show the status to your customer.
5React when neededIf our team asks for new backup codes, send them as a message to the order.

Good practices
- The amount is always in K. Send 150 for 150,000 coins. Sending the full number would create an order a thousand times larger.
- "ps" means every console. There are two platform values: pc and ps. Xbox orders go in as ps.
- Backup codes are single use. Always send fresh ones. Used codes will not let us log in, and the order waits.
- Poll sensibly. Check status every few minutes, not in a tight loop.
- Pull prices regularly. Do not hard-code them in your shop.
- Treat the token like a password. Keep one API user per server, and if a token leaks, switch that user off and create a new one.
- Protect your customers' data. Send login details only over HTTPS and do not keep them in your logs.
