1. How does the loyalty reward system work?

The loyalty reward system is designed to further reward our regular customers. Only orders for coins for the current edition of the game are included in the "Spent:" amount. On the other hand, all orders are counted in the "Total Spent:" amount. After exceeding a certain threshold, the customer can collect the reward. Note that the amount added to the system is reduced by the value of the payment fee, that is, the amount that actually goes to Us.

2. What kind of rewards can be collected?

At the moment, we offer the following types of rewards

• SCP Points. SuperCoins Points (SCP for short) are an alternative means of exchange on our site. You can use them to pay for your order, just select "SC Points" as the payment method.
• Discount codes. Using them, you can buy coins for FC 26 cheaper. Discount codes can have restrictions (e.g., you can only use the code by buying a certain number of coins in a single order) or work on any purchase. However, all discount codes from the current rewards system only work on purchases of FC 26 Coins, also you cannot hold the code to use it in the new edition.
• Free coins. For this reward, a special prepaid code is sent to your email, with which you can collect a certain number of coins for free in our store. The code is also assigned to a particular edition, in this case to FC 26.
• Surprise prize. There are various surprise prizes in the pool, not only those with values assigned to other thresholds. It is possible to win, for example, free coins, SCP points or a discount code up to 30%. In order for these to be real surprises, we do not reveal the exact prize pool.
• Card Contest. Each month, people who have reached the threshold with such a prize will have a chance to win an additional card. The card will be awarded to 1 of the people who have reached the threshold. Since higher thresholds have been reached by fewer people, your chance to win will be higher. 3. How will I receive my reward?

To claim your reward, use the "RECEIVE REWARD" button. SCP points will be added to your account, and other types of rewards will be sent to the email assigned to your account.

3. Until when can rewards be claimed?

The current edition of the loyalty reward system is available until the end of the sale of coins for FC 26 on the store. We will announce the end of the sale earlier so that you can collect your rewards.

4. Will the rewards be different in EA FC 27?

Yes, the rewards will be updated in EA FC 27 and adjusted to the new edition of the game.

7. What is the difference between the total specified as "Spent" and "Total Spent"?

"Spent" is the amount spent in the current edition of the system, that is, in the case of FC 26 from the game release date. The system will be reset in EA FC 26 and the values will be collected from 0. This means that new rewards will be collected starting from level 1.

On the other hand, "Total spent" is the total amount of money spent on our store. It determines the coins bonus active on a given account. Currently, the maximum level of the bonus is 5% extra coins on purchase or their equivalent in the form of SCP points (to choose when ordering.).

8. How do you convert amounts spent in other currencies than Polish zloty?

For technical reasons, values in the system are calculated in Polish zlotys. In case of payment in another currency, the amount is converted at the current exchange rate and is added in Polish zloty. On the other hand, by changing the currency on the page, you can see the amounts spent and the missing amounts to the next levels in other currencies.

Terms and conditions of the loyalty reward system

General conditions

1.1 The Loyalty Rewards System (hereinafter referred to as the "System") is offered by the SuperCoinsy website (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") and is intended for registered users.

1.2 A User is signed up to the System if he/she meets the following conditions:

(a) Has a user account in the Store.

b) He/she accepts the rules and regulations of the Store (at account registration)

1.3 The Store reserves the right to change the regulations of the Loyalty Rewards System at any time. These changes will be published on the Store's website and take effect from the date of their publication.

Loyalty points (total spent on the SuperCoins store)

2.1 The User receives loyalty points for each specific amount of money spent in the Store less the value of the commission on payment.

2.2 The point threshold determines the number of points a User must accumulate to receive a prize.

2.3 The Store has the right to change the value of loyalty points and point thresholds at any time, but any changes will be informed to Users in advance.

Awards

3.1 Rewards are unlocked when a certain point threshold is reached.

3.2 Rewards may include discounts on future purchases, free SCP points, free FC Coins, free player cards.

3.3 Rewards are valid for a specific period of time and may be subject to additional conditions and restrictions, which will be stated in the information about the specific reward.

3.4. 3.4 In the case of card prizes, we reserve the right to give as a prize a maximum of 130% of the value of the card relative to that value at the time it is announced as a prize. This is a protection in case the price of the card should suddenly and unexpectedly rise sharply, e.g. due to Evolution.

Complaints and disputes

4.1 For any complaints or disputes regarding the Loyalty Rewards System, the User should contact the Store's Customer Service.

4.2 The Store will make every effort to resolve complaints or disputes fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Liability

5.1 The Store shall not be liable for any damage, loss or disadvantage resulting from the use of the Loyalty Rewards System, unless due to gross negligence on the part of the Store.

5.2 The Store reserves the right to suspend or cancel a User's account in case of violation of the terms and conditions or suspected abuse.

Final provisions

6.1 These Regulations constitute an agreement between the Store and the User regarding the use of the Loyalty Rewards System.

6.2 If any provision of these Regulations is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Regulations will remain in effect.
