How recruitment works
- ApplicationFill in the form below. Discord is required, because that is where we talk.
- Test matchWe set up a match against one of our players. It kicks off recruitment and shows us your level.
- DecisionAfter the match you get our answer on Discord: accepted, reserve list or rejected.
- Contract and first ordersRates are agreed individually, and we pay by bank transfer, Revolut or crypto. The rules go into a simple contract.

Questions before you apply
How much can I earn and how do I get paid?
We don't publish rates upfront. We agree them individually once you pass verification, and what you earn depends on how many orders you complete. We pay by bank transfer, Revolut or crypto, and the terms go into a simple contract.
Do I play on my own account?
No. You play orders on customers' accounts, within an agreed scope, with no bots or third-party tools. We go through the details once you pass verification.
How long does recruitment take?
We usually reply within 1-2 business days if your application is complete. Then we set up a test match on Discord at a time that works for both of us.
What happens to my data?
Only the people running recruitment see your application data. We use it only to assess your application. Rejected applications are deleted after 12 months.
