What details to give when ordering coins?

In short

You give us the email and password of the EA account that holds your Ultimate Team club.
Plus 6 fresh EA backup codes - each code works only once.
EA two-step verification must be turned on.
We never ask for the password to your email inbox.

With Comfort Trade delivery we log in to your account through the Web App. To do it right away, without follow-up questions, we need three things. Check them before you order.

What you provide

EA account email The same one you use to play FC 27.
EA account password The same one you use to log in to the Web App.
6 EA backup codes Generated fresh, right before you order.

We never ask for the password to your email inbox. To deliver coins we don't need your PSN or Xbox password either.

How to check your email and password

The easiest way is to log in to the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App. If you see your club, the details are right.

If you get a message that your login details are wrong:

Check your EA account email You find the address in your account settings in the game or after logging in on the EA website.
Reset your password On the EA login screen choose the option to change your password and set a new one.
Log in to the Web App again Once you get into your club, you can place the order.

How to generate 6 EA backup codes

Log in to your EA account Go to the EA account portal.
Open "Security" Expand the two-step verification section.
Confirm with the email code EA sends a six-digit code to your account email.
Show your backup codes If you generated them before, generate a new set.
Copy all 6 codes Paste them into the details form when you order.

Backup codes are available only while two-step verification is on. If the email code from EA doesn't arrive, check your spam and promotions folders.

What to avoid so you don't delay delivery

Don't give details you haven't checked in the Web App.
Don't send old backup codes or codes you've already used.
Once delivery starts, don't log in to Ultimate Team in the game, the Web App or the Companion App.

FAQ

I gave you codes I had already used. What now?

Each backup code works only once. Generate a new set in the EA account portal and paste all 6 codes into your message on the order. The status "Incorrect backup codes" means exactly that: used or old codes.

Can I turn off two-step verification after I order?

Keep it on until delivery is finished. Without it, backup codes stop working and delivery stops.

What should I do with my details after delivery?

If you want, change your EA password and generate new codes. The delivered coins stay in your club. About 14 days after the order is finished, we mask the password and backup codes in our system (if a complaint is open, they stay until it is closed).
