How to activate FC Points on PC, Xbox and PlayStation
In short
- You redeem the code on the platform you bought the FC Points for.
- On PC you do it in the EA app or on the EA website, on console in the Microsoft Store or the PlayStation Store.
- Paste the code instead of typing it - it's easy to mix up "O" and "0", or "l" and "I".
- If you have several codes, redeem them one by one, each on its own.
We send the FC Points code to the email address you gave in the order. If you can't see it, check your spam and promotions folders. Below you find the steps for your platform.
Redeeming the code step by step
PC (EA app)
You redeem the code on the EA account you play FC 27 on, on PC. You have two ways.
- EA app Download or update the EA app, log in and go to Collection, then Redeem code.
- Paste the code Click Next - done.
The other way: go to the EA code redemption page, log in with the profile icon in the top right corner, choose Redeem code, paste it and click Next.
Xbox
Redeem the code on your console, on the profile you play FC 27 on.
- Log in to the right profile On Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S.
- Open the Microsoft Store Choose Redeem a code.
- Enter the code Confirm and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Launch FC 27 Go to Ultimate Team - the points will be on your account.
PlayStation
Redeem the code on the same PlayStation profile you play FC 27 on. Then finish buying the FC Points in the game.
- Enter the code on your console On PS5: Settings, Users and Accounts, Account, Payment and Subscriptions, Redeem Codes. On PS4: PlayStation Store, Redeem Codes.
- Confirm the code You top up your balance or activate the product.
- Launch FC 27 Go to Ultimate Team, then Store and FC Points.
- Choose the pack The one that matches the code you bought.
Important on every platform
- Paste the code instead of typing it.
- If you have several codes, redeem them one after another, each on its own.
- If the points don't show up right away, wait a few minutes and restart the game - sometimes EA or PSN servers lag.
FAQ
I didn't get the code. Where do I look for it?
We send the code to the email from the order. Check spam and promotions, then write to us with your order number.
Can I redeem the code on a different platform?
No. The code works only on the platform it was bought for.
The code is rejected. What do I do?
Copy it again straight from the email and paste it. If it still doesn't work, message us on the chat with your order number.
