New bonus thresholds from FC 27 - what is changing and why
For more than ten years the coins bonus was the only reward for shopping at SuperCoinsy. That is no longer the case: alongside it you now have the loyalty programme with seasonal rewards and SCP points. We want those rewards to be bigger and to reach more customers - not only those who crossed the 5% threshold years ago.
That is why, with the launch of EA Sports FC 27, we are changing the way rewards are shared out. Part of the funds that until now went exclusively into the coins bonus is moving into the loyalty programme reward pool. The bonus thresholds have been raised, but in return there is more to win outside the bonus - so that a regular customer does not lose out overall and gets more chances at rewards during the season.
The bonus rule itself does not change at all: five levels, from 1% to 5%, calculated automatically from the total amount spent in the store. Only the threshold amounts change.
What else is worth knowing:

Your whole purchase history stays. Nothing is reset - everything you have spent with us since your first order counts towards the new thresholds.

Some customers will see a lower bonus percentage than before. We say it openly: if your total falls between the old and the new threshold, your coins bonus from FC 27 will be lower. In return you get access to a bigger reward pool in the loyalty programme, and every order in the new season brings you back closer to a higher bonus level.

All rewards in one place. You will find the current seasonal rewards under Loyalty rewards in your account, and SCP points are explained in the SCP guide on our site. From now on we will review the bonus thresholds every season.
The most important rules

Bonuses are granted only to customers who buy as registered and logged-in users.

Only purchases made in our store count - the bonus is tied to your customer account.

The system works automatically - there is no manual editing of the bonus. Everything is calculated from your purchase history.
Bonus thresholds from FC 27 (total amount spent in the store)
The more you have spent in the store in total, the higher the bonus percentage added to your next orders.
Note: the thresholds refer to the total amount spent in the store on your customer account since it was created (account and login required). The store's base thresholds are set in PLN; the EUR amounts above are their rounded equivalents and may shift slightly with the exchange rate. Orders paid in GBP or other currencies are counted at the exchange rate applied to the order. The new thresholds apply from the start of the FC 27 season.
Coming back to us after a longer break?
If after logging in you see a lower bonus percentage than you remember - it is not a mistake and not a penalty. It is the result of the new reward split described above, which applies to all customers in the same way - more now goes into the loyalty programme. Your account and your whole purchase history are intact and count towards the new levels. Coins or SCP - your choice
Since we introduced SCP (SuperCoinsy Points) - our internal currency on the site - you can choose at checkout to receive the bonus either as coins or as SCP of the same value.
