What if the card cannot be bought?
EA price range where the card can be listedreal value beyond the EA limit
+10%Then instead of the card you get coins worth the card, plus 10% on your account.
Why does this happen?+
EA sets a price range for every card. Sometimes the upper limit sits below what the player is really worth, and every listed copy disappears in a split second. You then get the coins with a bonus and can try to catch the player yourself or spend them on something else.
Frequently asked questions
Do you buy the card with my coins?+
No. We top up the coins for the purchase from our stock and buy the card with them. Your club budget stays untouched.
How long do I wait for the card?+
The system always shows the delivery time when you order. Just remember to log out of Ultimate Team in the game and in the Web App during the purchase.
Why does the same card cost differently on PC and consoles?+
PC and consoles have separate Transfer Markets, and the player has a different price on each. PlayStation and Xbox share one console market, so they share one list.
Can the price on the list change?+
Yes, slightly. We price cards by the current market and coin rate, so with big swings the price moves with the market.
