It is the most common worry before a first purchase, so let us be clear: we never ask for your PSN or Xbox Live login or password. We do not need your email password either. The only thing required for delivery is access to your WebApp/Companion account - that is, to the Ultimate Team mode itself.
When placing the order you receive a clear instruction explaining which details are required for us to fulfil it. During fulfilment we change no settings, touch no account details and operate strictly within UT - and once it is done, you get a confirmation by email.
