Frequently asked questions
How do I get backup codes?
Log in to the EA account settings page, go to Security and privacy, click Backup codes under login verification and generate new ones. Copy all 6 and paste them into the form. The old codes then stop working - so always generate fresh ones.
Where do I find the WebApp email and password?
They are the same details you use to log in to the EA account you play Ultimate Team on. If you log in via Steam, PlayStation or Xbox and do not know your EA password, you can set it in a few minutes on the EA website with "Forgot your password?".
How do I check that my transfer market is active?
Log in to the WebApp or the Companion app and go to Transfers - Search the transfer market. If you can search for any card, the market is active and we can complete your order.
