How we settle: if the account was activated in-game but has less than 1,000 match earnings, or (on console) you don't attach a video, we pay the early access rate - €12. Rates are fixed, we don't pay extra for content on the account.

A short phone video is enough. It doesn't need to be long or edited.

What happens after you submit?

Four stages, and you get an email at each one.

1Request sent

The rate follows from the platform and account type chosen in the form.

2We check the account

At least 24h. We check the login details and the type requirements.

3Verification

Up to 72h. We may ask for access to your mailbox.

4Payout

Usually within 3 days of the account being accepted, via the method chosen in the form.

What if the account doesn't meet the conditions of the chosen type?+

If the account was activated in-game but has less than 1,000 match earnings, or (on console) you don't attach a video, we pay the early access rate - €12.

Do you pay extra for what's on the account?+

No. The rates are fixed - we don't do individual valuations and don't pay extra for cards or other content. You know the terms from the start, no haggling.

How many accounts can I sell?+

Up to 3 accounts per week per person. More than that may extend the verification and payment time.

I have a lot of coins on the account. What about them?+

Send the account with at least 400 coins. If you have at least the current minimum of our coin buyback (you'll see it in the sell form), first sell the coins, and only then send the account.
