In exceptional cases we may collect up to 50,000 coins less than you declared. We deduct the difference from the order value and confirm it by email.

How does the sale work step by step?

The form. On the sell coins page you pick your platform, enter the amount of coins and continue. In the next step you enter your EA account login details and backup codes - only in the form.

Accepted, waiting in the queue. Your details are correct and the order is waiting its turn. In the meantime you can play Ultimate Team as usual. We usually verify the details within a few hours, 24h at the most.

In progress. We are collecting the coins. Do not log in to Ultimate Team and do not change the amount of coins on the account. You can play other modes. This stage takes 2-3 days on average, 7-10 days at the most, usually a bit longer on PC than on consoles.

Completed, awaiting payment. You can go back to UT. We send the payment within 72h at the most, usually within a day.

Paid. The money is on its way, and how long it takes to arrive depends on the payout method.

The estimated completion time for each platform is shown live on the sell coins page. You can check your order status under My account or with your order ID. You can cancel the order as long as it is not In progress.

Which payout methods can you choose?
