More repeats than the game allows?
Some SBCs can only be done a few times, and the limit refreshes after a while. Order as many as you want:

Every SBC has a minimum price. Cheaper challenges are sold as bundles of several completions (e.g. 2x), if the game allows repeats.
Step-by-step example+
You order 5 completions and the game allows 3 today. We do three right away and two after the limit refreshes. If the limit never comes back, we leave you coins worth 5% more than the missing completions. We always suggest the best solution in a message on your order.
Bigger order? Go for it.
Every SBC means a dozen or so purchases on the Transfer Market, so we spread big orders over time and keep your account well away from EA limits.

When do we take 36h breaks?+
When the challenges need more coins, we top them up in batches and send the next batch 36h after the previous one. For some orders, especially bigger ones, we also wait up to 36h between the coin top-up and completing the SBC. It is an extra safeguard for your account.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need coins in my account?+
No. The coins for the SBC players are included in the price - we top them up from our stock. Your club budget stays untouched.
How long does it take?+
You will find the current SBC delivery time on the Delivery times page. Bigger orders include breaks between batches, and we send the exact plan in a message on your order.
Can I play while you complete the order?+
Log out of Ultimate Team in the game and in the Web App while we work. If you stay logged in, EA may lock access to the account for about 30 minutes and the order gets delayed. When we split an order into stages, you get the schedule in a message on your order.
Why are there no very cheap SBCs on the list?+
Every SBC has a minimum price. Cheaper challenges are sold only as bundles of several completions (e.g. 2x), if the game allows repeats.
Where do new SBCs come from?+
We add new challenges as soon as they appear in the game, separately for PC and consoles. All requirements and steps are also covered in our guide.
