Questions before you buy
How long do I wait for a reply?+
Standard up to 48 h, Premium up to 24 h. The clock starts when we receive your email with your order number, mode, budget and questions.
Can I play before I get the reply?+
Yes. When you finish playing, exit Ultimate Team to the main menu. If you're in Ultimate Team when we log in, we can't access the account and the reply may be delayed. Don't close the game or console while in Ultimate Team - Web App access is then locked for about 30 minutes.
I have more questions than the package allows.+
Choose Premium - it includes 6 questions and a follow-up. You can also order another package. We won't ignore questions over the limit: we'll tell you how to ask them.
Should I change my password afterwards?+
You can - it's a good habit after any service where you share account details. The backup codes we used stop working anyway.
