How long do I wait for a reply?+

Up to 24 h. The clock starts when we receive your email with your order number, mode, budget and questions.

Can I play before I get the reply?+

Yes. When you finish playing, exit Ultimate Team to the main menu. If you're in Ultimate Team when we log in, we can't access the account and the reply may be delayed. Don't close the game or console while in Ultimate Team - Web App access is then locked for about 30 minutes.
