Reseller FAQ
Is there a minimum order?+
Yes, the minimum order is 2.50 EUR. Your customer also needs at least 2,000 coins on their Ultimate Team account before delivery starts.
How fast is delivery?+
Orders go out within our normal delivery time, shown live on the delivery times page. Larger amounts are delivered in stages to keep the account safe, and the current stage sizes are shown in the panel. The limit is counted per EA account, so splitting one big order into several smaller ones will not speed it up.
How do I pay for orders?+
Orders are paid from your EUR balance in the panel. You top it up by card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), in USDT through CoinPayments, or through PayOp. Top-ups are credited automatically. For invoices, email [email protected] with your company details.
Do you have an API?+
Yes. The reseller API lets your shop or bot check stock and prices, place and pay for orders, follow their status and message our team. Access is enabled on request and every API user is bound to an IP address. Read the API documentation.
Where can I see your wholesale prices?+
Current wholesale prices for PC and PS/Xbox are shown in the reseller panel after your account is approved, and through the API prices endpoint. They change with the market, so we do not publish them on this page.
Who can apply and from which countries?+
Coin shops of any size, including brand-new ones, Instagram, Telegram and Discord sellers, and boosting services. We work with resellers from all over the world.
