The PC transfer market has its own pricing - often different from console. Values on the list reflect the PC version and update with the live coin rate.

When a card can't be bought on the PC market
Now and then the price cap set by EA stops matching what a card is really worth - the maximum allowed price sits too low, so every listed copy is gone the moment it appears. The PC version is no exception. It's an unusual situation and we have a ready answer for it: instead of the card you receive coins on your PC account worth its value plus an extra 10%. You can go hunting for the player yourself straight away, or put the coins towards something else entirely.
