Rare case: a card that isn't available on the market
EA sets a price range for every card - a floor and a ceiling it can be listed at. Sometimes those limits fall out of step with what a player is actually worth, and the ceiling ends up well below the card's real value. Every copy that goes up then disappears within a fraction of a second, which makes the card practically impossible to buy. It happens rarely, and if it happens to your order you are not left empty-handed: as part of the fulfilment we send coins worth the card you ordered, plus a 10% bonus, to your account.
