If the purchased account is recovered more than 10 days after delivery, we do not guarantee an exchange for a new one. Accounts come from players and are verified, however EA allows attempts to recover accounts.

If the account loses access to the transfer market due to another account on the same console (so-called chain-ban), we do not provide compensation. These cases are rare and beyond our control.

EA has introduced additional security measures. When purchasing multiple accounts, we recommend changing your IP address (e.g. via VPN) before updating login details to avoid possible consequences.
